iFreeUp is a good optimizer for iOS devices that lets you delete files you don't need to get back precious space on your iPhone, iPod, or iPad.

iFreeUp is divided into two categories: quick clean and file manager. The first option scans for junk files and deletes them, while also taking care of security problems and improving your device's performance.

Once the scan is completed, iFreeUp divides the results by category: junk files, event registry, privacy settings, and app fault log. There's also a feature that erases pictures that have already been deleted but remain in the cache.

The file manager gives you access to all your device's apps along with pictures, music, videos, podcasts, and books. You'll be able to manage all your files, delete them, or even import and export content.
